Mindfulness Training for Business Professionals

Presenter: Wanda Isle is a senior mindfulness trainer. She is the editor/co-author to two books that focus on mindfulness and meditation as practices of personal development.

When: Monday evenings, April 18 - May 9, 2016
Time: 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.

Course Outline:
Week 1: Mindful attention is not what you think
Week 2: Tapping the well: intuitive problem solving
Week 3: Emotional resilience: the capacity to turn toward problems
Week 4: How your mindfulness supports the well-being of your co-workers

Weekly sessions are divided into four sections:
30 minutes: Lecture
25 minutes: Techniques and Practices for deeper comprehension
20 minutes: Guided meditation for absorption and intention setting
15 minutes: Discussion/Q & A/closing remarks

Workshop for Mental Health Professionals

Mindfulness practices have been shown to reduce stress, increase happiness, and promote greater focus and productivity. Programs for Mindful Living will be offering two classes for working professionals this summer: Mindfulness Training for Business Professionals and Mindfulness Training for Health Care Professionals.

If you are unable to attend the workshops, individualized instruction is also available. Contact the office for more information or to resister.
