Week 1: Mindful attention is not what you think
Week 2: Tapping the well: intuitive problem solving
Week 3: Emotional resilience: the capacity to turn toward problems
Week 4: How your mindfulness supports the well-being of your co-workers
Weekly sessions are divided into four sections:
30 minutes: Lecture
25 minutes: Techniques and Practices for deeper comprehension
20 minutes: Guided meditation for absorption and intention setting
15 minutes: Discussion/Q & A/closing remarks
